Streamster creates a virtual camera with effects already applied (including a mask), and OBS captures it as a regular video device by default. If just the "Video Device" (your phone) is selected in OBS, and not specifically the "Streamster Virtual Camera", then the mask effects will not be displayed. You need to make sure that the OBS scene uses exactly the source that Streamster provides after applying all the filters.
