Welcome to the community! The Lush and Tenera are both great choices. To get them working on cam, here is the basic setup: first connect your toys to the Lovense Remote app via Bluetooth, then install the Lovense caming extension on your browser. Once the extension detects your toys, go to the cam site tab within the extension and hit the link button while you are on your streaming page.
