Same thing happens to me when i'm streaming video games. Usually, the remedy for that is, turning down the volume on one of the devices or mute one. In this particular situation your going to have to sacrific either the music and just play the music during a 4 min song and then un mute the cam volume when you get back in front of the cam.

the only other way is to turn down your sensitivity on your mic on your laptop/desktop/whatever your using. It matters alot as well on how close you have your phone to the microphone if your playing music via phone while streaming on a cam which also my default already has a microphone built in.

so you have a few things you can try.

lil' Tip: usually echos happen within three feet of a Cam. anything further away you shouldnt have an echo. but remember unless in a scene with dancing, Music should never be louder than your clients, you dont wanna seem like your yelling at customers.
