I'm guessing brand new also loaded with crapware from the vendor. Make sure the security tools aren't running scans while you are trying to cam. I'd also suggest CCleaner (www.ccleaner.com, just use the free version, dont install any extras) to remove a lot of junk from the vendor.

Return it - its a product malfunction. I bought an F15 Gaming Laptop and it got so hot - you couldn't put it on your lap. I returned if for an replacement and told them about it and the new one is just fine now. Only ever gets hot when I run 3 obs's and stream on several sites while gaming on it. So if you have a brand new pc that fast af and you cant stream on one site without it crashing then its faulty. Return it and complain.
