Terrible and now I'm having to do Streamaster not through the app but through the chrome extension. I've lost all of my sounds and stickers. I've spent half a day just trying to get back Streamaster and the instructions are just dire - if I try though the app it says Chromium has blocked it! It's honestly been dire and actually reduced me to tears as this is my work

Wow, that's so annoying. I always dread when there is a stream master update cos 50% of the time the settings/toys stop working properly... I am going to avoid this upgrade if I can. Good luck and I feel for you x

Hi, Stream Master already has a built in extension so installing the extension there is not necessary. If you need to updated it, you can download the new versionm here are the downloaded pages:

For Windows: https://www.lovense.com/files/apps/streamMaster/Stream_Master.exe
For Mac: https://www.lovense.com/files/apps/streamMaster/Stream_Master.dmg

Both sound and stickers are saved on cloud. Try to re-Login the same account with your previous settings, and see if it will work.
If not, please try to reinstall the Stream master.

So, this is the whole reason why I’m having to use the extension on chrome in the first place. As far as I’m concerned everything was working until obs was updated automatically with a faulty update and I applied the fix that was showing and now I cannot even get into Streamaster. I’ve reinstalled, uninstalled and reinstalled Streamaster 4 times and I physically cannot get in due to Chromium blocking it. So please don’t give me a standard reply about what I need to do and how I shouldn’t need to use the Chrome extension. I’ve done everything Lovense have said. I actually need physical help or someone from tech to guide me through it!

Which operating system are you using? StreamMaster is a custom Chrome build with the extension added, Connect, and OBS all rolled together. You can't have any of these installed separately or updated or things will break. I'd recommend uninstalling all of these apps (use this for Mac - https://freemacsoft.net/appcleaner/ to uninstall) and reboot. If you have Windows, run this - https://www.ccleaner.com/, to clean out registry and caches. Then download the latest version of StreamMaster. Be sure your account has administrative rights when you install it. Reboot. Start up StreamMaster and go into the Extensions > Manage Extensions page. Make sure Developer Mode is on (top right corner). Restart StreamMaster and then try.

Also, if you have any anti-virus or security tools you might want to try disabling them to see if that helps too.

Well if I could get your built in obs to run without the show starting soon sticker and could just run it all with clear, concise information instead of glossy videos that do not give us all the information about how to work built in obs. We are not technical gurus. We are just literally given glossed over information and expected to cope. 20 girls all moved over to Stripchat at the same time and we all struggled setting this up. So clearly its not just me. Please take the information I am giving you and work on the feedback I am providing.

Also at no point do you say not to run this seperately. The only way that I could get away from the 'show starting soon' sticker on built in obs was to go to external obs. Thank you for answering but the information and advice that lovense give is not great. I will have to try on a day off and hope for the best that this all gets sorted. I am so frustrated right now with all of this. If I use the freemacsoft app you suggest will it wipe off other apps?

I'm a volunteer, not Lovense staff. I agree, the QA for the software needs to greatly improve.

If you have a Mac, then yes, use the MacSoft uninstaller. That will make sure to remove hidden files that might cause issues when you reinstall. The Other

One thing, when you run the installer for StreamMaster...are you dragging the app over to the Applications folder and then running StreamMaster from there, correct?

Sorry Lorum, I just get so frustrated and I did ask Lovense did get back in contact with me directly and they haven't and being honest I've felt pretty alone with it. Yes exactly the way you've said dragging the app over to the applications folder. I've literally copied everything that Lovense have said and I'm getting the Chromium message when I try to install and run Streamaster. I'll have a play around on Sunday - will I need to remove the extension off Chrome as well? I'm a bit scared as I can get on through that and I don't want to lose a way to get into it

No worries 😘
The software is very frustrating. Lovense needs to increase their QA testing. I'm pretty sure what I told you to do will work. If not, let me know.
