Its terrible last weeks, the connection is not working, either I cannot connect the toy either the toy even connected does not react to the tips. I loose money! THE help does not help at all!

What OS are you using? What error messages are you seeing? Are you using StreamMaster or something else? Are you connecting the toy to your phone or directly to your computer?

connect with the phone, do not have the connector for the computer. It either does not connect the toy - I scan the QR and nothing happens, when I try with the code it says "Unable to connect to the Lovense Connect app. Please make sure you are properly logged in and your phone/tablet is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network." and they are connected to the same stable network! Either it looks connected but does not react to the tips
