#Help/Advice Lush 4 will not turn on

All of a sudden my lush 4 stopped turning on. does anyone have any suggestions? it lights up when its plugged in and charging but when I press and hold the button nothing happens :( I just got it in May. Any way to reset it or something?

This happened to me once too! Try a hard reset — press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds while it is plugged in and charging. If the LED flashes, release and try turning it on normally. Also make sure you are using the original cable because some third-party ones do not deliver enough power. If it still will not respond after the reset, definitely reach out to Lovense support — they have been really helpful with hardware issues in my experience.
