Just got ours today!!!! NOTHING WORKS!!!!!! Its a very expensive webcam with zero advertised features. I have downloaded every extension known on their site for OBS.....half of them don't install properly. I have tried to use this through stream master....no success.....after uninstalling everything and reinstalling it multiple times....i decided hey lets try splitcam.....downloaded everything there as well....it at least installed properly...but GUESS WHAT??????? absolutely no options at all and where is this app i see them using in the videos? I have both apps and NEITHER do anything....what did i waste my money on here? Oh and guess what ZERO customer service.....you have to send an email and im judging that I wont hear from anyone. We were excited to get this...it has cost us the whole day with no results but a picture. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
