#Tech help Connecting to Chaturbate

Is there another way to connect my toy other than Stream Master? It just can’t keep up with the tips coming in. It freezes up and the browser window goes completely blank.

Hi Tricia,
Yes there is, you can use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge with the Lovense Extension.
I personally use the Extension with Chrome, here is the link:

There is a "How to" guide on the same page, it's worth watching that first 👍

I am already using Google Chrome with the Lovense Extension. And, I watched the "How to" guide and followed that when I set everything up. I need a different solution. I really want to get more toys but I'm not going to if they won't stay connected.

Your post above says Stream master which is why I suggested the extension.
I don't see any issues when using that on my Windows PC with the Bluetooth adaptor.
If this is happening regularly, then I suggest that you contact Lovense Tech Support on http://lovense.com/contact

Here is what I figured out so far. I have a Mac so when I first started this the only option I could find was Stream Master with the extension. The extension would only show in my browser when I opened Stream Master so honestly I didn't even know that they were 2 separate things. I decided to uninstall Stream Master and start over. This time I found how to install just the extension. I'm hoping this fixes the problem. Thanks so much for your help!!
