#Tech help New Lovense Cam

My wife and I recently bought the Lovense cam and the first time trying to stream, we had all sorts of lags / issues with our audio / video. Previous streams using our laptop cam or mobile streaming have been fine. Any advice / tips? We’ve struggled connecting the Lush 3 as well but finally had it working last night, but if anyone has advice there, too, it is more than welcomed.

So the Lush is working and the Cam is lagging?

Correct. We ended up connecting the laptop we had the cam running through to Ethernet instead of wi-fi and that seems to have solved the problem. Just need to figure out the advanced controls / settings with the toolkits now. Thanks for following up!

If you have a lot of things using Wifi (Alexa, your TV, xbox, etc) this can cause issues.

What platform are you using to stream? Are you using the laptop or a desktop with video card? Are you using external broadcasting software like obs or streaming directly through the web browser? Do a speed test on your network and if you could what is the upload speed that you get in the result. There are a hell of a lot of factors that go into why streams have issues like this. As for the lush connecting I would recommend the usb adapter lovense has and always connect your laptop to your router with an ethernet cable when possible. To better give advice on this I would definitely need the info I mentioned first. Glad you got it working though I know how frustrating issues like this can be.

Thanks for commenting. We’ve had the Lovense working great for a while now, so that’s good, and haven’t had issues with streaming since connecting the laptop to our router via Ethernet. All we need to do is figure out the toolkit stuff for the extra features.
