#StreamMaster not working stream master

Hello! If I stream directly from Chaturbate, it will stream through my external Lovense webcam which is what I want. When I use Stream Master, i start the stream and after 5 seconds my cam is off . This only happens in Stream Master. HELP!!!
for the second day it not let me start and i can only stream on virtual cam.this is not funny...if is a bug please fix it.

At the StreamMaster main page, in the Preview section, click on the "Open OBS" button. Once OBS opens, go to the Sources section at the bottom. Click on the Video Source and then the gear at the bottom of the column. A window will pop up. Make sure that the Lovense camera is selected.

hi! i did that and im not talking about that.is about start streaming .i only can stream on virtual cam not normal stream(start streaming)

If the Lovense Webcam is connected and it's not working, then I suggest contacting Support. Also make sure you're using the correct version of the software that supports the webcam:

For Stream Master users:
Stream Master - 1.2.2 or newer
Lovense Connect mobile app - 2.8.6 or newer for iOS and 3.0.2 or newer for Android

For Lovense Cam Extension users:
Lovense OBS toolset - 2.0.8 or newer
Lovense Cam Extension - 30.7.0 or newer
Lovense Connect mobile app - 2.8.6 or newer for iOS and 3.0.2 or newer for Android
