Hi there! We're new to the camming world, been at it for about a month, so far only on Chaturbate. Splurged and bought ourselves the Lush and was super excited to use it, but we can't stream using StreamMaster, the lag is BEYOND atrocious.

When we view the stats on OBS via SM (OBS --> View --> Stats) , CPU usage shoots up to 80% and fps, average time to render frame, frames missed due to rendering lag, and skipped frames due to encoding lag are all in the red. CB stream info is red, and says we're broadcasting below the 5000kbps bitrate needed.

But the video bitrate in SM OBS ---> Settings --> Output is 5000kbps ... so that should be fine..... The auto bitrate is 160 and the encoder preset is veryfast (default).

When we stream through "regular" OBS (i.e. not using StreamMaster) everything is perfectly fine. So clearly it's SM or the way it's set up but I have no idea how to fix it.

I'm unable to change the SM OBS ---> Settings --> Output --> output mode. It's a drop down that should let me go from simple to advanced for more output settings, but the drop down is greyed out and can't be changed/accessed.

I don't have google drive or sync or anything else running in the background, and my internet speed is tested and is fine. Given that we can stream without any issues using "regular" OBS, it's obvs something to do with SM or the way the SM OBS is set up. But what???

We really want to use SM, it's one of the reasons we splurged and got a lovense toy. But if we can't use SM then.... feels like we bought the lush for nothing... :( If anyone can help us we would be super grateful. TIA xoxo
