While I still have my tenure with certain sites and Adult Entertainment Communities, I have come to the conclusion that I still feel the need to bring something new to the table, whether that be in the Streaming department or Administrating the Behind-the-scenes work, I find myself getting swamp with so much more, with the shifting of website updates and relocations of a lot of old capabilities for new ones. Which is a +, But I feel the weights of just the sheer having to learn new navigation and linking in some areas, which in-turn, make me start to wonder: Is it worth it. a lot of people say it all depends on me and how far i want to take this Occupation. I'm not getting cold feet after all these yrs, But I'm just more tired of chasing more better ways of making content better than actually making content. Makes me wonder also sometimes if I'm on the wrong side of the industry and may be happier with just being in the production aspect.

I said all that to ask this: the other day i saw a video about creative burnout, is this similar? or am I just over thinking and under valuing myself because of feeling too far behind in keeping up with creativity and loosing at playing catch up classes with new AI Tech while also trying to Ballance my perfectionist personality, while trying not to be so critical of myself when I'm behind the Cam and failing miserably? just feels like i should be a lot farther than I am.
