#StreamMaster I want to downgrade to old version
Hi there, I updated the Stream Master software and now the Record option doesn't work. There's an NVENC issue that cant be resolved with new video drivers. I have tried everything else. I want to try like version 1.1.1 again. Where can I get it?

Thanks!!!

I don't see a way to get the older versions of the software (Hey admins....hint hint hint.....this is something you need to fix). Have you see this?

Yes. Didn't help but thank you for sharing :)

Is there any kind person who could check their downloads folder for an older version like 1.1.1 and put it on a Google Drive? I need to build a library of clips and I reeealy can't afford a new laptop just because of this small software issue :(

Can you go back to the previous version of the Nvidia drivers? The other option would to be to contact Lovense Support and see if they can provide the 1.1.1 version (I'm assuming for Windows).

Hi, I'm sorry you're having this problem.
We will try to resolve your issue. Please help us with more details about this.
1. Which version is the last one you were able to record properly?
2. What did you see when you failed to record?
3. We may need to know your graphics card model and the driver version that is causing the problem.
4. Could you tell us your email or just contact us by Lovense Support in the bottom-right of the homepage?

The old version download will be added to the official page on Wednesday this week. You can try to download the version which works for you.

What if you open OBS through StreamMaster and record from there? Do you see the record option in OBS then?

If you are using the Stream Master OBS - open it and click stop virtual cam then click profile and export. This is so you don't lose your scenes. You can import later in the process. Next - un-install Stream Master. Download CCleaner - free version. Run the cleaner and then run registry cleaner on left under Registry. Scan for Issues - click review selected issues - back up if you like - then click Fix all Issues. Rinse and repeat till you see no issues. You can then un-install ccleaner. Reboot. Install Stream Master and see if that helped. It usually helps me when issues like that pop up. GL Oh and unless you are using the Virtual Stream options - always stop it, It just takes up resources.
