Welcome, there arent rlly any do's and don'ts (only things like don't do shit before they pay you, but thats just using your common sense lol), everyone has their own rules you should only do what you are comfortable with!😊
Welcome. I suggest checking out the "Getting Started" and “Skills” sections at the top of the page. There are lots of good videos there. If you're recently signed up with a service, be sure to use their "new" tag to help get noticed. Persistent consistency helps. You need to stream to be seen. Ask questions of the viewers or even come up with a theme or plan for each show to help you along.
Welcome! Cross link the accounts. Use social media to help promote yourself and use lots of hashtags (your name, the sites you're on, and any others relevant to you). You especially want to use that #new tag that many sites use for new people. Keep a consistent schedule and make it public so that your followers can keep up with you. I also suggest checking out the "Getting Started" and “Skills” sections at the top of the page.
i saw a Reddit where people got ban showing their pets and playing with them.
I have 4 dogs and 5 cats and you can imagine they sometimes join my live shows ehehe
but since I read that post on Reddit i am reluctant to touch them too much when i am live streaming.
people are mean and do things just to hurt you and you will have to spend time explaining to the website you use that you don't touch your pets in inappropriate ways.
like that time I have been reported, live suspended and I have to explain to CB that it was just a "cigarette". (i stopped smoking on cam)

Completely understand. It can be intimidating at first. I recommend setting realistic goals and start broadcasting. Try to engage the people that visit. Welcome them to your room. Ask questions and let your personality shine through. Before you know it you will have many loyal fans. Use a Tip menu and and make rules for your room. I always want people to be respectful. My room, my rules. No demands. Any request should be in the Tip chat. It will come to you quickly. Just start and have fun. Your audience will appreciate if you are having fun. They want to have fun with you. Goodluck!
Remember to be patient with yourself as well. Take a breath, write down a to-do list, and slowly check things off. Look at the Skills section for courses on different topics relevant to camming, there's a ton of great advice there too! You got this!
Welcome. I suggest checking out the "Getting Started" and “Skills” sections at the top of the page. Cam101 is here for helping people get started....so ask questions! That's what we're here for!
Keeping a consistent schedule so that your followers know when you're camming is a good first step. You can also use Fanberry to list your schedule. Some people find that it helps to have a plan for what they're going to do for their shows. Interacting with the viewers is a must...ask questions! There's a level of seduction that you'll need to do ;-)
That is always been a big fear of mine as well. Which is why I have geo-blocking setup to block my home State as well as a few other locations. It is part of the risks involved in adult camming.
You are off to a good start. The amount of time you spend depends on whether you are doing this like a full-time job or just a few hours a day for fun. The amount of people that join your live shows and stay to watch is one good way to figure it out. Also encouraging the viewers to add you to their favorites or liking your profile is another way.
Progress is how ever you want to define it....number of followers, amount of money made (in total or per hour), etc. I think as long as those numbers go up...you're doing well

Awesome! I'd also suggest sticking to a schedule which will help your followers know when you're online so they can get on too (and get off!)

I had decent first two streams money-wise, yesterday was very slow (but I chatted and interacted a lot with the viewers so it's ok). I noticed each stream I get a couple more viewers on average and also very good amount of followers (imo). It definitely does feel like I am making progress. Honestly, I've been enjoying it so much it feels weird that I'm not gonna stream tonight (having a night out). Getting addicted to it, haha!
this is lovely to read! and so right! i feel that the more models feel that way, the more we will grow as Industry! You come into this forum bringing a great, kind, and lovely message already! <3 Welcome to the community! :)
