This is such an exciting new feature! Battle Mode sounds like a lot of fun — the idea of going head-to-head with another model while viewers choose their favorite is a great way to keep energy high and encourage tipping. Hello everyone,
Is anyone else having problems with the Lovense Game Lab app "Warm Up"? It's only showing me the peach icon but no sunbeams, even though there are viewers in the chat room.
What can I do to fix this problem? Does anyone have any ideas for a solution?
I have already restarted and reconfigured the app several times, but it hasn't helped.

Hey Sweetbody24, sorry to hear the Warm Up app is giving you trouble. A few things you can try: make sure you are using the latest version of the Game Lab app and that your browser has cleared its cache before launching. Also, double-check that the app overlay is properly connected to your streaming platform — sometimes the sunbeam feature needs the tipping integration to be active and fully synced. If none of that helps, I would suggest reaching out to the team directly at [email protected] with your setup details (which cam site, browser, and any screenshots of the issue). They should be able to dig into it further for you. Hope you get it sorted soon!

Hi! The Warm Up game showing the peach icon without sunbeams usually means it's waiting for chat activity to pick up — the sunbeams appear as viewers start chatting and interacting. A few things to check: make sure Game Lab is fully connected to your chat (you should see "Connected" in the app), and that the correct cam site is selected. If it's connected properly but the sunbeams still aren't showing despite active chat, try closing and reopening the app entirely (not just a restart of the game). If the issue persists, feel free to reach out to [email protected] — the team will be happy to take a closer look!

When the "Warm Up" game is active, viewers in your room should see a little tadpole swimming from left to right. After about 5 minutes, it reaches the peach and triggers a vibration. that's what the "sunbeams" are.
