A few things you can try: make sure you are using the latest version of the Game Lab app and that your browser has cleared its cache before launching. Also, double-check that the app overlay is properly connected to your streaming platform — sometimes the sunbeam feature needs the tipping integration to be active and fully synced. If none of that helps, I would suggest reaching out to the team directly at [email protected] with your setup details (which cam site, browser, and any screenshots of the issue). They should be able to dig into it further for you. Hope you get it sorted soon!

Hi! The Warm Up game showing the peach icon without sunbeams usually means it's waiting for chat activity to pick up — the sunbeams appear as viewers start chatting and interacting. A few things to check: make sure Game Lab is fully connected to your chat (you should see "Connected" in the app), and that the correct cam site is selected. If it's connected properly but the sunbeams still aren't showing despite active chat, try closing and reopening the app entirely (not just a restart of the game).
