Check the chat settings: In the StreamMaster chat window, there is a gear icon (settings) — make sure that the "Auto-scroll" checkbox is enabled. If it is enabled but doesn't work, disable it and enable it again. Update / reinstall: Download the latest version from the official website — the developers may have already fixed this issue in the new build. Temporary workaround: If the problem persists, open the chat separately in your browser (via the studio's website) and place it side by side. This will prevent you from clicking endlessly. Write to StreamMaster support (they have Telegram/Discord) — they usually fix such bugs quickly if several people complain.

According to the description, the problem is somewhere in the connection chain. Here are the most common reasons why the toy doesn't respond to tips when the apps are installed: The wrong software. The Lovense Cam Extension only works with the Lovense Connect app on a PC (not with Lovense Remote!). Remote is only for phones. Make sure you have Connect open and the toy is visible. The donation queue. The extension has a "Tip Queue" tab, so check if the test tips are being sent there. If the donations are visible in the queue, but the toy is silent, the problem lies in the settings of the levels or patterns. If there are no donations at all, the extension does not "hear" the site. The order of activation. OBS must be opened before the broadcast starts on the website. And the "Lovense Video Feedback" source in OBS must be located above all other sources, otherwise the overlay does not work. The old version. Make sure you have the latest version of Lovense Connect and Cam Extension — old builds may have lost compatibility with OBS.

Then open the caming extension, go to the cam site tab, and click the link button. If it still does not connect, try refreshing the page or restarting OBS. Also double check that your cam site supports Lovense integration. Which cam site are you streaming on? That might help narrow down the issue.

To get them working on cam, here is the basic setup: first connect your toys to the Lovense Remote app via Bluetooth, then install the Lovense caming extension on your browser. Once the extension detects your toys, go to the cam site tab within the extension and hit the link button while you are on your streaming page.
