Hello, my name is Sissylucylove and I am from Italy! I stream on Chaturbate and I produce content for Onlyfans and Fansly. I have never felt the need to have specific pronouns because, as a crossdresser model, I have always embraced and identified with simply being "me." I never felt the need to put a label on it. However, I do recognize that in the context of the industry and how I present myself, the most appropriate pronouns would be she/her.
What inspired you to enter the camming industry and how has your experience been so far?
I have always been intrigued by this industry, and when I finally mustered the courage to join, I discovered that it was the perfect job for me, offering numerous opportunities. The most significant one, without a doubt, lies in the people I have encountered. It's a place where prejudices and societal barriers are often dismantled, allowing people to see beyond my appearance or profession. This experience has given me a tremendous boost in confidence, as I know that what I do can only be truly understood and appreciated by a certain level of people. These individuals have become an integral part of my life, and it's a connection I would never have had the chance to make otherwise.
What does Pride mean to you as an LGBTQ+ cam model? How do you plan on celebrating this Pride month?
Pride, for me as an LGBTQ+ cam model, means being able to embrace my true self without prejudice or the fear of discrimination. Going online and staying true to myself, despite any challenges, allows me to contribute to positive change in my own unique way. Even in the face of hate, I strive to educate and help people understand that, above all, I am a human being with emotions and a heart. As a society, we often create and absorb unnecessary problems that have no relevance to our lives. If I can live my life without being concerned about others' gender or sexual orientation, then they should have the same freedom.
I plan on celebrating this Pride month by taking time to reflect on my own journey of self-acceptance and celebrating the progress I've made. It's a time for me to embrace and express my authentic self, honoring the unique person I am. I want to appreciate how far I've come in accepting and loving myself, and I hope to inspire others to do the same. By sharing my story and encouraging those around me to embrace their true selves, I aim to create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels empowered to be their authentic selves.
How do you balance your work as a cam model with your personal life and relationships, and what boundaries do you set for yourself?
This job begins with a choice and the full understanding that not everyone will align with the choices you've made or will make. As the days pass, and you prove to yourself that this is what you truly enjoy and want to pursue, you come to realize that the decision is no longer just yours to make, but also involves the people who still choose to be by your side.
Making that choice has transformed me into a better person today. I have prioritized myself and stopped being a people pleaser, no longer living my life based on others' expectations. Now, I have those who genuinely value my time and presence alongside me. As a cam model, establishing boundaries is crucial, and the key to doing so lies in effective communication. This mindset applies whether I'm during a live show or not, as clear communication ensures that boundaries are respected and maintained.
What are some of the misconceptions people have about cam modeling, especially as an LGBTQ+ performer?
A very common misconception is that this Is an easy job for “easy money” and that we don't face significant challenges: Being a cam model in itself attracts a certain level of hatred due to the nature of the industry, but being an LGBTQ+ cam model brings even more targeted hatred. The harassment and discrimination we encounter can have a profound impact on our emotional well-being. If you're not a mentally strong person, it can affect not only your work but also your personal life. Despite some progress made by the LGBTQ+ community, there is still a long way to go in terms of acceptance and equality.
One of the biggest misconceptions about the cam modeling industry is that it's solely about engaging in online sexual activities. However, throughout my years in this industry, I've come to realize the importance of developing my social skills and finding ways to provide better entertainment to my viewers. Surprisingly, I've discovered that I can go online dressed in a potato sack, and people will still be happy to see me because I'm there to create a space where they can relax, laugh, and enjoy themselves.
How do you feel about the role of cam modeling in the LGBTQ+ community, and how do you see it evolving in the future?
I personally believe that LGBTQ+ cam models are making a world-changing impact in an unexpected way. The demand for this type of content has grown over the years, proving that what society tried to suppress and misunderstand is still intriguing for individuals in the comfort of their homes. Being in a safe environment, free from prejudice and societal norms, allows people to discover that the common social mindset doesn't align with their authentic selves. This realization leads them to explore new interests and embark on a journey of self-discovery. It demonstrates that sexuality is not as simple as we often perceive it to be.
The increasing number of LGBTQ+ models joining the industry every day contributes to our integration into what society deems "normal," leaving no room for the denial of our existence. This progress won't happen overnight, but it is a journey that will benefit future generations, both within and outside the industry.
How do you think the cam industry (including Lovense and Cam101) can become more inclusive and supportive of LGBTQ+ performers?
The industries that deal with this type of content and aim to include the LGBTQ+ community in their business should, in my opinion, be at the forefront of education. It is crucial for them to have a comprehensive understanding of these topics, not only to bring value to themselves and the community but also to protect individuals within the industry. Through education, we can work towards reducing hate and reducing
misconceptions.
Can you share a funny or embarrassing moment you've had while camming, and how did you handle it?
The funniest and craziest moment I've experienced while camming happened on what I thought would be a typical Friday night. Since it was the weekend, my room was filled with many guests, and I wanted to please as many of them as possible. I was wearing a gorgeous pair of heels, but they were not visible in the webcam shot when I stood up. So, I decided to rest one foot on the arm of the chair I was sitting on.
In the heat of the moment, I accidentally closed my eyes, lost my balance, and my shoe slipped, getting caught on the chair's arm. The sudden weight caused the arm to break, so I smashed myself to the floor, scratching my “bum bum” on the chair's edge and knocking over a glass on my desk. As I fell, I unintentionally pressed the Italian "tarantella" soundbite on my keyboard, making the moment even more epic. Fortunately, I didn't get seriously hurt. After tending to the minor scratches and rearranging my room, the show continued, and it ended up being even better than I expected. I embraced the genuine moment, and my guests enjoyed being there with me during such a memorable incident.
What are some of your dreams or goals for the future, both in your personal life and your career as a cam model?
Thanks to the cam model industry, I have been able to reignite my dreams and set ambitious goals for myself, which I work towards every day. One of my aspirations is to build a farm and shelter for rescued animals. I also strive for financial freedom, where money is no longer a source of stress or struggle, allowing me to wake up in the morning and live life to the fullest.
As a cam model, my personal goal is to continuously learn and improve, honing my skills as a content creator. I want to share the best parts of myself that define who I am, connecting with and building a community of like-minded individuals who can appreciate me for who I am, regardless of the type of content I produce.
