Looks like it's in Beta (at least for me). It's under your account > Creator Dashboard > Streaming. Permissions for the stream are: Following, TicketPrice, Tipped, Subscribed.

Yeah I saw, hopefully they will release a page with people that are live that would maybe make it worth it.
