I would suggest the following....fully uninstall the application and reboot. Download the latest version and reinstall, then reboot. Start up the app and check. That usually fixes the issue. You can also check to see if other things are running. Sometimes other things may attempt to use the camera or have other things that start up that can take up resources and cause some of these issues.
