#StreamMaster Stripchat only 480p allowed and no sound with streammaster

I have no idea what happens here but when i try to strem wirth streammaster 1.1.6
stripchat will only allow me 480p and continously state "NO MIKROFON" in red letters above the stream randomly.
however if i not hit "start stream" in streammaster but instead go to OBS
(klicking on vew OBS settings in Streammaster) and enter streamkey and hit start i have full 1920p and sound in my stream.

what am i doing wrong ?

I had this once with Stripchat (using OBS), think it was on their side, decided to go on Chaturbate instead of Stripchat that night the time after that it was back to normal on Stripchat.

hey,SassyBerlin ,Stripchat only support 480p during you stream with broswer ,you could try to use RTMP . you could found you stream key here , then fill in the built-in OBS，

Please read my first text again.
I KNOW how to stream OBS, but I do t have a preview of my output streaming with OBS because I have to have the chat open and I only have 1 monitor. I cannot resize the windows enought to see chat AND OBS

Stripchat does support 720p when streaming within the browser but you have to have 5,000 or more Followers to get the 720p option. I just hope that Lovense is forcing us to use this stream master. because i am very concerned if i will be able to use my Lovense brio in 4k with the Built in OBS and because with Lovense OBS like thing they had would not allow me to set my canvas higher then 720p. I use the real OBS with a canvas of 4k and use OBS to broadcast to CB and then using OBS Virtural cam as my cam source in Splitcam.. then use Slipcam to broadcast to STripchat in 1080p.
